2. Eligibility and accounts

If you use Lea on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- protecting your login credentials;
- activity carried out through your account;
- notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The Service
Lea helps users plan, create, refine and manage professional social-media content and related activities.
Features may include content generation, Voices and personalization, knowledge storage, editorial planning, analytics, images and other tools.
We may improve, modify, add or remove features over time.
4. AI-generated content
Lea uses artificial intelligence and automated systems.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, edit or publish any output.
Lea is an assistant, not a substitute for your own professional judgment.
We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular level of engagement, reach, commercial result or other outcome.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content and information you submit to Lea.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide content to Lea and that your use of the content and resulting outputs does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Lea to:
- violate applicable law;

We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Certain Lea features require a paid subscription.
Current plans, prices, included usage and billing periods are shown on the Subscriptions page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Unless stated otherwise:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;
- applicable fees are charged at the start of each billing period;
- you may cancel future renewal at any time;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
- you retain access to the paid Service until that period ends.
Taxes may be added where required.
8. Plan changes and refunds
You may change your subscription where the Service allows it.
Any applicable charges, credits or prorations will be shown during the change process.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
9. Intellectual property
Lea, including its software, design, branding, interfaces and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of Lea or its technology to you.
10. Third-party services
Lea may rely on or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers, hosting providers or social-media platforms.
Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Lea is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Lea available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Lea or cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for:
- violation of these Terms;
- non-payment;
- abuse or fraud;
- security risks;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice.
13. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that:
- outputs will always be accurate or suitable;
- the Service will always be available without interruption;
- use of Lea will increase followers, engagement, revenue or other results.
You remain responsible for content you choose to publish and actions you take using Lea.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data.
Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lea during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If a material change affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Continuing to use Lea after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
